The Job at a Glance
As our Pedestrian Picking Team Lead (internally known as Team Lead, OEM Parts Wrangler), you will help with problem solving and operational oversight for our larger and more automated Distribution Center as well as improving new-hire training. As the Team Lead, you’ll further your career development by leading our team of Parts Wranglers.
A Typical Day
- Assist supervisors with workflow management and team member training
- Ensure safety, quality, housekeeping, and productivity expectations are communicated
- Research and provide guidance to solve daily transactional problems
- Provide call-in coverage as needed by becoming highly cross-trained in most DC operations
- Provide leadership during projects and on the Saturday shift
To Land This Opportunity
- You are a top performer in current role and have experience in the areas you wish to work in
- You demonstrate a passion for leadership and career growth
- You are vehicle certified (or willing to be)
- You are available to work Monday through Friday 10:00am-7:00pm and are willing to work some Saturday shifts
- You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- You are in good standing and not on a disciplinary action and have an excellent attendance track record
- You have the ability to thrive under pressure and love to always be on the move
