The Job at a Glance
The Service Coordinator Lead works closely with the Technical Services Team, Customer Support Teams, and our Manufacturing Partners. The Service Coordinators provides our Partners and Service Agents with critical communication and support for warranty dispatch work and field services This role is a key communication point for the Technical Services Business Unit.
A Typical Day
- Monitor and Motivate – keep the team on task and monitor service levels as well as response times to meet our prescribed service levels for the Business Units
- Provide peer to peer coaching in the moment to ensure we are providing the best, most accurate service possible to our teammates
- Manage dashboards, reporting, and analytics of the team’s performance
- You will be ready to jump in to help the team wherever you are needed and support our manufacturing partners to identify and improve processes
To Land This Opportunity
- You should be well versed in the use of Salesforce, Bloomfire, SAP, High Jump and love using data to identify and solve problems
- You are either a Service Coordinator or Customer Support team member with 2-3 years of experience
- You have experience building relationships with multiple business partners as well as internal/external customers
- You pay close attention to detail, as far as you’re concerned anything worth doing should be done the right way
- You have a strong desire to learn, grow, and challenge the status quo.
- Critical thinking as well as outside of the box thinking; detail oriented and have the drive to go the extra mile
- Experienced in Microsoft Office products and appreciate doing online research to find solutions
- Thrive within a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- All-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Adhere to team expectations
