The Job at a Glance

As our Senior Manufacture Collaboration Specialist, (internally known as Senior Task Master) you will be responsible for owning a specific group of manufacturer relationships and closely working with key contacts to help track down backordered items, confirm inventory levels for items needing to be expedited, and provide an overall world class customer experience for our internal teams and customers. You will strengthen our community by building professional relationships with your key vendors to quickly resolve order inquiries from our customers. In this position, you will also play a large role in contributing innovative solutions to streamline the way information is shared between partners, team members, and customers.

A Typical Day

• Maintain and grow strong and friendly relationships for your specific group of vendors
• Manage and track SKUs
• Maintain Salesforce records of request requiring follow-up communication
• Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
• Providing assistance to the team as workload varies

The salary range for this role is $ 48,507– $ 64,903 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
