The Job at a Glance
As the Inbound Supervisor (Internally known as Captain, OEM Parts Wranglers) you will supervise a team of fulfilment center specialist, drive safety initiatives, work to maximize productivity and quality within your team, and focus on all aspects of Inbound. You will also assure that the Fulfillement Center is well organized, clean and efficient to support daily operations.
A Typical Day
- Be involved in supporting our Team Members in the Fulfilment Center including job shadowing, attendance tracking, performance documentation and new Associate hiring and training.
- Manage the operation; scheduling LTL deliveries, offloading and organizing freight and parcel, prep deliveries for receivers, pull and sort receipts from receiving stations, shuttle receipts to designated drop zones, schedule drivers and manage item transfers between PT distribution centers, schedule drivers for scrap runs when warranted, manage email inboxes for deliveries and priority receipts.
- Communicate staffing plans to meet daily objectives, troubleshoot and resolve operational problems and assure all customer orders are prioritized and shipped on time.
- Manage project and process improvements and elevate the performance of direct reports through identifying project work
- Plan and execute a daily housekeeping plan to assure cleanliness of the work areas

- You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
About Your Future Team

The salary range for this role is $62,320.50– $76,169.50 annually ($29.96 – $36.61 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
