The Job at a Glance
The Chains Ops Team plays a critical role in supporting the operational backbone of our business. This team ensures accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence across a high volume of tasks. Strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
A Typical Day
- Managing reports, such as UPS Exceptions, Return to Shipper, and Obsolete/Replacement item lists
- Creating new customer accounts and performing ongoing maintenance of existing accounts in alignment with business requirements
- Managing and updating autoship programs to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitoring and responding to incoming requests via the shared team inbox, often managing multiple priorities at once
- Providing coverage for teammates during time off, ensuring continuity and adherence to service levels
- Performing additional duties as assigned, in support of team objectives and evolving business needs
- Manage Bloomfire content by ensuring no duplicate posts, regularly updating existing entries, and generating new posts to maintain a well-organized and up-to-date knowledge base
To Land This Opportunity
- You have familiarity with our customer accounts, systems and operational tools
- You exhibit stellar organizational skills, detailed oriented, multi-tasking skills, and computer skills
- You get excited about taking a high volume of transactional work and working independently.
- You’re an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- You can work a schedule of M-F 8:00AM - 4:30 PM (EST) with flexibility to adjust to different hours as needed.

The salary range for this role is $36,235.03 - $48,482.90 annually ($17.43 – $23.30 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
