The Job at a Glance

Our Fulfillment Systems Support Specialists are the front line of the Fulfillment Systems team, resolving issues quickly and keeping our users happy. The main responsibilities of this role are to: respond to incoming user tickets, resolve a range of exceptions, seek solutions to chronic issues, and ensure new code changes are fully adopted by users. This role is critical to the operational success of our fulfillment centers, as they maintain healthy two-way communication with our stakeholders!

 

A Typical Day

  • Picking up support tickets, escalating tickets if needed, and following through to completion
  • Navigating through work exceptions (aging, IDOCs, etc.) with the goal of understanding and eliminating them
  • Providing solutions that will reduce ticket load by supplying user training, root cause fixes for repeating issues, and/or automation
  • Engaging users to ensure code changes are being adopted as designed, following implementation
  • Spending time in the fulfillment center operation as needed, to learn processes and better understand challenges
  • Adapting to help our team with operations, special projects, adding/removing users, etc. as needed

  • You have fantastic communication skills and presentation skills (and are proficient in English, verbal and written)

The salary range for this role is $53,116.51 – $71,682.70 annually ($25.54 – $34.46 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
