The Job at a Glance
Provide dedicated support for HVAC customers by building strong relationships and delivering timely, personalized service. Manage a high volume of daily order activities, including order updates, reporting, and block management, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt response times and customer satisfaction. Adapt quickly to changing business priorities and support operational needs in a fast-paced environment. Success within this demanding position requires a passion for providing great customer service, the capacity to multi-task, and a dedication to accuracy.
A Typical Day
- Provide personalized support to the HVAC group of customers while building personal relationships.
- High volume of daily order updates including report and block management.
- Interact with team members to achieve optimal response times to customer requests.
- Have the flexibility to quickly shift based on business need.
- Proactively monitor and follow up on back-ordered orders, ensuring estimated ship dates are accurate, up to date, and effectively communicated to customers.
To Land This Opportunity
- You have 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer centric role
- You have been identified as the “go-to” team member in your current role with a proven track record of providing a superior customer experience
- You have the ability to empathize and provide outstanding customer service through building stellar relationships
- You are hungry for knowledge and desire to grow within a fast paced environment
- You have a knack for digging into the details to find the best possible resolution.
- You are proficient in MS Office and have knowledge of SAP, Qlik, and Salesforce)
- You have a quality, high speed internet connection at home
- You have a genuine positive, outgoing, team spirited, one-for-all personality
- You’re an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal). If you’re bilingual, that’s a plus!

At Parts Town, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported. The salary range for this role is $37,348.78 - $50,403.56 annually ($17.96 – $24.23 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.
