The Job at a Glance
Our Billing Specialist (internally known as the Billinator) supports our customers experience and accounting teams. You will invoice drop ship orders and submit invoices for those customers that use on-line billing portals instead of receiving paper invoices.
A Typical Day
- Review the drop ship report for orders ready to bill
- Receive the drop ship PO/Bill the drop ship order
- Work directly with customer experience and purchasing to resolve issues
- Process SalesForce cases for portal billing
- Reconcile the portal to customer account in SAP
- Communicate issues with the portal contacts/customer experience to bring resolution
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone calls and e-mails to both internal teams and external customers
To Land This Opportunity
- You have previously used Excel, Outlook and SalesForce
- You possess stellar customer service, and data entry skills
- You are highly organized and have superior attention to details
- You enjoy working independently to meet company initiatives
- You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal)
