The Job at a Glance

As a Jr. Inside Service Technician (A.K.A. a Jr. Tech Wizard), you’ll communicate directly with end users and field technicians to create cases, supply warranty information (specifically for cold-side units), and reference service companies on warranty and non-warranty foodservice equipment. In this entry-level role, you’ll learn how troubleshoot common equipment issues, how to properly document cases, and how to provide top-notch customer service! Internal training and exposure to real-world technical issues will help you grow into a Inside Service Technician.

 

A Typical Day

  • Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating equipment information and document cases for triage to a technician
  • Utilize equipment manuals and parts listings to help resolve equipment issues
  • Maintain all customer call information into a company database to better assist future inquiries

  • You're available to work an 8 hr. shift M-F between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (CST)
