The Job at a Glance
The Director of Customer Partnerships (Internally known as a PARTnership Builder) will support our HVAC Sales Team and HVAC customers. This role is responsible for identifying HVAC sales opportunities and growing our HVAC sales! The Director of Customer Partnerships will collaborate with customer account owners and multiple internal teams. We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships with our Sales leaders, take advantage of sales opportunities, prioritize, and follow through on commitments!
A Typical Day
- Developing business plans and collaborating with Sales leaders to manage and drive strategic account performance.
- Prioritizing, tracking and closing sales opportunities through in-house resources.
- Delivering annual growth targets and overall contribution objectives.
- Continuously researching industry trends and competition.
- Working collaboratively with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Solutions teams to maximize Sales initiatives.
- Continuously developing tools and resources to educate our team and customers.
- Developing ongoing Sales & Marketing activities for each customer.
- Building business plans to maximize profitable growth.
- Building and maintaining our current customer relationships and creating new business opportunities.
- Successfully lead Sales projects, prioritizing time and resources to fulfill the plan(s).
To Land This Opportunity
- You have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, consultative and collaborative HVAC sales environment.
- You have a proven track record of success in national account leadership, account development, project management, and/or data management.
- Your people & presentation skills are top notch!
- You’re passionate about complex sales negotiations, attending sales presentations, and providing support to sales leaders.
- You’re a pro in Microsoft Office – experience with Salesforce is a bonus!
- You’re an all-star communicator and are fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- You can accommodate up to 30% travel time.
