Sr. Manager, People Operations will cultivate the employee experience; help deliver thoughtful HR policies and programs that shape the employee lifecycle in a compliant, efficient, scalable, and in reflection of Endo’s culture and values.

 

 

All incumbents are responsible for following applicable Division & Company policies and procedures.

Scope of Authority - span of control (work unit, site, department, division, etc.), monetary value of budget/spend authority ( capital, operating, etc.), P&L responsibility, etc.

People Operations Management

§  Partner with the Exe. Dir, People Operations and the HRLT to develop and execute all People Operations initiatives

§  Tracks and reports progress, identifies risks, and provides expertise to resolve project difficulties to meet deadlines

§  Assess and reinvent HR processes for application across the organization: from cultivating our employee experience to developing and delivering all necessary HR policies

§  Collaborate with members of the HR leadership team to determine overall strategy for HR programs including policy development and maintenance, learning and development, communications, staffing and talent management.

Learning & Development:

§  Identifies enterprise wide training opportunities and training program improvements.

§  Supports management by working with subject matter experts to develop and implement training programs for new equipment and systems. Work with the business to identify and develop appropriate business and customer-focused development programs.

§  Leads a cross-functional team of management and the workforce to promote continual improvement of employee skills and the development of subject matter experts and effective teams.

Talent Management:

 

§  Deploy relevant Talent Management programs to ensure identification, assessment, and development of talent required to deliver business objectives. Champion talent management in the organization to ensure improved attraction, retention, and development of team members.

§  Coach and develop the leadership team to work cohesively and effectively, building on their management capabilities and ensuring that they improve the performance and output of their own people resources.

§  Consistently assess and integrate enhancements into the Performance, Coaching and Development process

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience and  certifications required for the job

§  BS/BA in Human Resources Management, Business Management Industrial Relations, or other related field

§  Five to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience

§  General knowledge of employment law preferred

§  Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Office software


Knowledge

Proficiency in a body of information required for the job   

e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.

§  Exceptional oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills

§  Thorough knowledge of HR and company policies, practices and procedures

§  Knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office) and proficiency using a variety of software applications, including excel and access databases and HRIS systems

§  Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, be proactive, work independently of day-to-day Supervision

§  Ability to be comfortable with flexible volume workload

Physical Requirements

Physical & mental requirements     e.g. lift 40 pounds, walk across plant/warehouse, business travel (% of time), driving as part of work responsibilities, etc.
