Position-Travel Medication Partner
Position Type: Full Time

This position will travel to the following locations: 
Blue Springs, Kansas City, Lee's Summit & Liberty

Our starting wage for Travel Medication Partners is:   $24.00 per hour!

Shift Schedule- Night Shift 6am-6pm/7am-7pm, rotating weekends

 

We are looking for someone (like you):

  • Be the Perfect Pinch Hitter: Willing and able to travel to and assist communities within designated territory with minimum notice to ensure Medication Partner shifts are adequately covered.
  • Ensure proper administration of medication.
  • Show, Don’t Tell:” Lead the team by example when assisting residents with medication administration, personal care, completing paperwork, and completing proper training.
  • Be an Advocate of Empathy: Understand the importance of empathy. It will be your job to create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments while providing exceptional quality of care and demonstrating Arrow’s core values through actions, language, and deed.


 

What are we looking for?

  • You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.
  • You must be able to travel to multiple Arrow communities within assigned territory.
  • You must be available to work a minimum of every other weekend.
  • You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents!
  • You must be appropriately certified per state guidelines where applicable, and certification is active and in good standing.
  • You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
  • You will possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
  • You must be professional in appearance and conduct.
  • Have mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers.
  • Provide quality care to residents.
  • You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. 
  • You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
  • You must have dependable transportation and be able to work varying hours as needed.
  • You must be criminally cleared.
