Purpose:

Provide Front Line Technical Support to customers and to the Sales-team in Suriname to support the business development strategy

Principle Accountabilities:

• Maintain fluid communication with the Central Marketing Organization.
• Participate and complete various training programs and events offered by the company.
• Conduct training sessions for internal sales and customer support staff.
• Conduct individual and joint visits to customers.
• Available to work at various customers’ locations to complete tasks for certain periods of time.
• Perform lubricant site assessments & surveys for customers.

Qualification Requirements:

• An academic background: Chemical or Mechanical Engineer 
• Proven experience: at least 2-3 years proven track record in:
  • Maintenance Supervision in Fleet/Construction or Mining sectors
  • Lubricants Field experience (Application knowledge)
  • Preferred with Equipment Reliability Knowledge and evidence of Reliability projects
  • Project tracking and execution knowledge.

Other Competency Requirements:

• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quick decisions with a keen commercial sense in decision making.
• Able to work virtually and proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is excellent.
