The Opportunity:
The Café Sales Associate for Little Ceaser’s is responsible for proper food preparation, following kitchen safety techniques and health standards. The associate will prepare food, keep area clean, neat and stocked and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare food items specific to Little Ceaser's operations and training materials to effectively perform the job.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in the food service area.
- Handle ingredients and equipment with the utmost care and attention to food safety and hygiene.
- Deliver high-quality food promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Adhere to cooking methods and standards as provided by Food Service and C-Store management team.
- Understand and follow work schedules, stocking procedures, and organizational practices.
- Meet performance goals and complete all assigned duties efficiently and to the company's standards.
- All crew members must be proficient at each of the Pizza Pride Production Systems stations and able to work at different stations at any given time.
Requirements:
- A basic knowledge of food safety standards.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
- Incredible customer service skills and the ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
- The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
- Ability to stand for long hours.
