The Opportunity:

The Branch Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of tasks in an office work environment. As this position functions in a highly customer focused environment all persons are expected to perform their job duties in a professional manner and adhere to our company values.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily inventory transactions
• Process all purchases in JDE, ensure proper coding and obtain necessary signatures.
• Assist with weekly and monthly cycle counts
• Input CORITY reports
• Input Safety and Inspection reports
• Respond to walk in customers
• Manage weekly/monthly reports
• Provide support to dispatch with scheduling and routing of trucks.
• Answer incoming calls directed to their phone
• Process account adjustments
• Process Opening records for Commercial accounts for the branch.
• Maintain data on the Continuous Improvement Board
• Maintain Compliance records for drivers and third-party contractors
• Prepare bank deposits.
• Order office supplies.

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business/Office or related field an asset
• 2-3 years’ office related experience.
• Knowledgeable with accounting processes.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• JD Edwards experience considered an asset.
• Strong verbal, written and analytical communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word and Outlook.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Knowledge of lubricant products would be an asset.
• Experience with fleet/asset
