The Opportunity:
The Sales Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service and accurately process fuel and merchandise sales. The Sales Associate ensure shelves are stocked and products are readily available.  Operates efficiently and follows company policies to support store profitability. 
This position is for afternoon shift, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm. 
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure top-notch customer experiences every time.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store.
  • Prepare food and drinks while meeting health standards.
  • Handle cash, funds, and products responsibly.
  • Prepares shift-change report at the completion of shifts by closing and balancing out the cash register.
  • Check customer’s ID for restricted items; follow all regulations.
  • Assist with tasks as needed to keep the store running smoothly.
  • Ability to handle a variety of customer interactions and adjust sales strategies as needed to increase profitability. 
Requirements: 
  • Open to working nights, weekends, and varied schedules.
  • Previous experience in retail, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer focused.
  • Skilled with cash registers, computers, and basic math. 
  • Clear verbal and written English skills.
