Scheduling Intern (4-Month Term)

The Opportunity:
The Scheduling Intern will gain hands-on experience working with operational data, supporting cross-functional teams, and contributing to the day-to-day coordination of supply, trading and distribution activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and data management related to logistics scheduling and operational tracking
- Generate reports and assist with tracking logistics, inventory, and scheduling information
- Conduct data analysis and perform data clean-up across operational systems
- Assist with investigating and resolving discrepancies related to shipments, scheduling, or operational data
- Support project work and operational initiatives across the logistics and scheduling teams
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day supply chain operations
- Assist with import document control and record retention
- Support import entry monitoring
Education:
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, or a related field. Preference for 3rd and 4th year students.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and computer skills, particularly working with data
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
