The Opportunity:
The purpose of the Organizational Change Management Specialist is to:
- Plan and execute all OCM activities for the Financial Shared Services Integration (and associated projects) in partnership with the P&C Business partners, leaders and implementation partners across the enterprise.
- Orchestrate all required analysis and reporting of change impacts to roles, based any identified organizational structure changes in partnership with the P&C Business partners across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- For the OCM activities for the Financial Shared Services Integration related projects:
- Partnering with the Director, P&C NextGen to work closely with People & Culture teams to provide change management expertise for key strategic initiatives (e.g., operating model changes, organizational design, etc.)
- Lead and/or support change for select global initiatives inclusive of building & planning, executing, and tracking the change plan milestones including:
- Communication planning and creation (e.g., SharePoint sites, newsletters, etc.)
- Training
- Stakeholder engagement
- Change impact assessment
- Organizational readiness analysis
- Post implementation support & reinforcement
- Lessons learned
- Promote change management best practices and change leadership behaviors through the application of scalable best practices, tools and methodologies
- Orchestrate the analysis and implementation of new roles to enable the NextGen transformation including but not limited to:
- Setting up Business Partners to be able to conduct role analysis on current vs new roles
- Organizing the implementation of all people activities to support role changes
- Coordinating with the Technical OCM team on role specific training needs
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Organizational Change Management experience
- 15 + years of progressive Organizational Change Management, Organizational Development, Talent Management and/or HR Business Partner experience required.
- 5+ years of experience with global business transformation
- TM and/or HR intervention design, implementation and management experience
- Experience leading Talent Management, Organizational Design and/or Organizational Effectiveness projects
- Prosci certification
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Psychology or a related discipline
- Excellent written communication
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong influencing skills, with ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership
- Strong group facilitation skills
- Highly resilient, thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and can easily navigate change and deal with ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills, known for bringing people together and working across multiple stakeholders from across different areas of the business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to identify, understand, and articulate client needs, generate opportunities, and suggest approaches for addressing issues
- Strong stakeholder management and change management skills
- PMP certification would be an asset
- Fluent in French or Spanish would be an asset
