Purpose: | The RM LPG is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of LPG supply, shipping, distribution, safety, and operations within the region, while ensuring adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and profitability within the region. |
Principle Accountabilities: | - Oversee all aspects of LPG sales, operations, and safety within the region.
- Work closely with Sol market GMs to support the markets in sales, operations and safe operations.
- Develop and grow the wholesale LPG sales segment.
- Manage supply agreements for LPG delivered to Sol and other third-party customers by vessel.
- Oversee supply and ship operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Supervise, coach, motivate and develop team members while establishing training plans to assist them in reaching their full potential.
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for the business line.
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance, financials, and other key metrics to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the jurisdictions that apply.

Qualification Requirements: | - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in LPG, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams and independently with limited supervision.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen ability to dissect data and present same to senior management.
- Strong technical competency on MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Other Information: | - This role will require some work outside of normal business hours. Those who apply should be able to respond and deal with problems at any time they may arise.
- Travel will be required.
