The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Sr. Project Manager the Project Manager-Retail will represent the Retail Business on multiple projects through leading and collaborating with both internal and external partners to driver further efficiencies across the Parkland network of Retail sites.  The Project Manager will assist in designing project goals, outlining deliverables and milestones, proving status reports, creating effective communication plans for numerous stakeholders, and supporting the Retail business through project implementation and/or completion as required. 
Responsibilities:
        Assist in managing construction and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed  on time and within budget.
        Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress and update stakeholders.
        Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
        Prepare project documentations, including status reports, meeting minutes, and change orders.
        Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial control.
        Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
        Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
        Support the Sr. Project Manager in project planning and execution.
Requirements:
        Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
        3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the construction or maintenance industry.
        Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
        Proficiency in project management software and tools.
        Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
