The Opportunity:
- Achieve Residential sales and HVAC volume and margin sales targets
- Grow Commercial Fuels business by spending 80% of time on prospecting for new business and 20% managing existing business
- Work closely with operations and support functions to facilitate solutions for the customer
- Input and maintain sales activity in online tool (CRM)
- Track volumes, number and margins by reviewing sales reports
- Keep updated on current provincial fuel regulations and company safety policy
- Performs administrative duties including preparing expense and commission reports
- Willingness to travel with some overnights will be required
Requirements:
- 3 or more years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong communication skills, bilingual preferred
- Formal sales training, either on the job or formal courses
- Industry specific knowledge and/or sales experience considered an asset
- Results oriented, good attitude to prospect, communicate and identify opportunities for success
- Experience providing excellent customer service focus crucial
- Flexible, goal-oriented, strong interpersonal, time management and organization skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
