Finance and HR Admin Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling of daily and monthly hotel finance tasks – income audit, AR collections, payments, cash management, monthly and annual closing
  • Working with external auditors and accounting offices for tax filings
  • Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
  • Liaising with external HR vendors for payroll calculations, various administrative tasks and addressing labour questions and issues
  • Ensuring purchasing control and negotiations with vendor
  • To set-up, maintain and update staff records, including personal files, leave records, etc
  • Assist in the formulation of human resource policies and procedures and ensure their proper implementation and compliance
  • Assist in the performance and salary review exercise and to follow up with employee confirmation
  • Assist in the organizing of staff recreational activities
  • Assist in administering/monitoring of training documentation and records

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Hospitality
  • Hotel operations experience preferred, with an open mind to take on operational tasks during peak periods
  • Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and with all levels of the organization
  • Japanese oral and written fluency, business-level English
