Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and respond to guest enquiries via email, telephone and WhatsApp/SMS within 1 hour. This includes accepting dine-in reservations and ensuring that the service team is duly informed of the booking details
• Manage online store sales orders to ensure that the orders are fulfilled accurately in a timely manner
• Collaborate with stakeholders (such as Sales, Marketing, etc.) on guests’ feedback with the objective to enhance the service standards for guests
• Grow and maintain guest database to ensure service team and marketing can reach out to guests with relevant offers and promotions
• Ensure menus, reservation platform and all guest-facing collateral are accurate, up-to-date and presentable
• Facilitate a welcoming and hospitable guest experience at the bar. Manage flow and maximise seating capacity of bar during peak hours
• Follow up on any service recovery when required, ensure service standards and processes are observed to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction when dining
• Actively seek feedback from guests and event clients to further enhance day-to-day operations
• Work with Bar Manager to assist with event enquiries, client site visits and preparation of proposals and agreements
• Fulfill e-shop orders
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Bar Manager

Job Requirements:
• Possess strong communication and customer service skills with 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
• Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
