Food & Beverage - Restaurant Grand Park City Hall, Singapore


 Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide excellent customer service to guest in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience
  • To perform quality checks in ensuring guests are enjoying their meals and take appropriate action to correct any problems (if any)
  • Oversee a particular station and the service personnel assigned to that station in the daily operations of the outlet
  • Ensure the mis-en place/side station is set up with food items, non-food items such as crockery and chinaware before the shift commences
  • To adhere to service SOPs
  • Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintain and comply
  • Maintain day to day outlet cleanliness
  • Perform general inventory management and equipment maintenance duties
  • Work together with other team members to provide good quality service
  • Assist in bill payment
  • Any other suitable task as and when assigned by the Restaurant Executive/Assistant Restaurant Manager/Restaurant Manager
