Description

A 18-month traineeship programme at our hotels with a long–term view of becoming future HODs/ Directors/ General Managers with Park Hotel Group.

Trained by respective functional HODs, they will be prepared to effectively take over responsibilities at the mid management level by the end of the 18-month programme and possibly in a senior management appointment after a continuous fast-track development by the 4th - 5th year with the company.

Core Skills

  • 5 months : Housekeeping

  • 3 months : Quality & Risk Management (including 1 month at an overseas property audit) and Corporate Office
