Description

 Job Responsibilities:

  • To protect life and property which includes prevention and deterrence of crimes
  • To create security and fire safety awareness among staff and guests. To carry out fire fighting function as and when necessary
  • To ensure all other duties and operations assigned to the Security Control Room are carried out efficiently and diligently, such as the issuance of staff locker keys and distribution of part-timers’ float as per hotel’s payment policy
  • To attend to car park issues when necessary
  • To brief Security Officers daily on any important event developments in the hotel before they commence the duties. To take part in any high-level security activities prior to all important VIP events
  • To respond immediately to guests and staff for their needs or requests for security assistance, and to follow-up with the matter 
  • To perform duties at lobby, patrol, escort duty, static duty and other assignments
  • To perform CCTV monitoring duties


Job Requirements:

  • Possess a valid Security License
  • Required to perform 2 rotating shifts (4 day work week - 12 hours shift)
