Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Make the beds, dust the rooms, vacuum the carpets and clean the bathrooms.
  • Provide Night-Turn-Down service.
  • Report to Housekeeping Coordinator of any defects in rooms and corridors.
  • Stock up fresh linen from Linen Room and maintain the linen room stock and bathroom supplies in the pantry.
  • Stock up the maid’s trolley.
  • Deliver amenities to guests.
  • Handle “Lost and Found” items.
  • Assist in any other suitable tasks as and when assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor.

  • Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
