• Develop and implement human resources policies;
• Supporting strategic objectives;
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations;
• Maintain staff records;
• Works closely with management and employees to provide consultation and guidance to improve work relationships;
• Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance;
• Analyze HR data in the business unit to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. 

Essential professional experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a leading position;
• 5+ years of experience in the human resources area;
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations;
• Budget management experience;
• Experience in building HR processes;
• Upper Intermediate+ English level;
• Czech and Russian languages;
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Detail-oriented;
• Good problem-solving skills.
