Position at Parimatch Tech

PMI is a service company, engaged in the development and implementation of the expansion strategy for Parimatch brand in the markets of Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. The company provides tech, marketing and communications services for partners in the betting and gambling industry.

We invite those who fired up to:

  • Work with the HRBP Manager to drive and coordinate HR processes, ie, performance management, talent reviews, the salary review process, HR budget;
  • Lead HR Leads in the African region;
  • Lead and implement regional HR projects, monitoring their effectiveness;
  • Define training needs in all regions, create an annual training plan, and monitor training effectiveness;
  • Ensure that all local HR policies and processes comply with the requirements of local labor law;
  • Ensure all HR operations adhere to Company's standards;
  • Deal with employee and manager’s requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations;
  • Cover all the stages of the Talent Management Cycle: adaptation, appraisal, compensation and benefits, rotation, L&D, promotion and attrition risk management.


Essential professional experience:

  • 2+ years of professional experience on a similar HR role;
  • Working experience with Africa region in the role of HR is a must;
  • Upper-Intermediate English Level;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Familiarity with various HR areas, including HRIS, Performance Management, Local Labor Law and Compliance, Payroll and Benefits;
  • Experience with HRM Systems;
  • MS PowerPoint, Google Docs - experienced user.
