About the Role | ||
The Senior Engineer in the Port Department’s Port Development team will play a key role in key tenant projects and the development of Port Capital projects, driving and growth development of the Port of New York and New Jersey. In this role, the Senior Engineer will lead the coordination of Tenant Alteration Application projects across the Port facilities, including at its major container terminals. The Senior Engineer will also develop Port Authority-funded projects for our own facilities, working closely with New Jersey Marine Terminal (NJMT) facility staff as well as the AMMP and capital teams to identify, scope, authorize and deliver projects that solve problems and improve our own infrastructure.
The position is primarily located at 260 Kellogg Street at Port Newark, with monthly and other occasional meetings at 4 World Trade Center. | ||
