Pandora is expanding its footprint in Atlanta and is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join Pandora’s legal team.  This is a paraprofessional role and not a counsel role. This position is based in Atlanta, GA and will work under the supervision of the Senior Corporate Counsel who is based New York City.

The right person for this position must be a team player with highly collaborative interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This person should have strong contract drafting experience and the ability to manage projects efficiently and successfully. In this role, this person will reviewing and negotiating agreements with advertisers, agencies and third parties in support of advertising and data initiatives, while driving such contracts to close in a timely, pro-business manner. The person will work with internal groups, such as Ad Sales, Client Services, Programmatic, Data Monetization and Sales Research, to negotiate, manage and drive the contract process to a close. Further legal support for other departments may be required on a project-by-project basis. 

Experience/Skills:

  • 5+ years direct experience with at least 3 years of in-house legal department or law firm experience, providing legal support to transactional teams.
  • Knowledgeable about IAB/AAAA Ad Unit Guidelines, data monetization and privacy issues.
  • Experienced in drafting and negotiating advertising, data or commercial contracts.
  • Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to complete projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain strong working relationships with demanding internal and external clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Adobe Sign and other tool is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Certificate from an accredited paralegal program a plus.
