What You'll Get To Do:
Responsible for product sales for PASA (Panasonic Automotive Sales America), GM, Honda project, supply chain management and Factory operation at Mexico and New Project launch support in alignment with overall divisional and corporate goals focused on the Automotive and Mobility Industry. Coordination of sales negotiations and administrative support with BDU, Battery Disconnected Unit, product, marketing, customer service, demand planning, inside sales, engineering, finance, factory and other key personnel. 
Sales management in PIDSA
  • Maintain and expand current business through effective support, service. Establish strong sales support structure and cooperate with PIDSA operation team.
  • To lead cost negotiation with PASA for factory loss cost, business condition changes etc.
  • Sample management, EDI system support, Make quotation draft, Prepare commercial document of Honda format, project management support, 4M, Man, Material, Machine, Method, change application.

Factory management at Mexico and Sales order management Maintain and strengthen supply chain with Factory member. Communicate with factory window person.

  • Delivery schedule with factory, Manage action item, Launch Honda project.
Project management and Customer support
  • Secure delivery for GM and Honda production with PASA, Panasonic Automotive Sales America. To manage project launch for Honda. SOP will be 2026.
  • Manage delivery schedule with PASA and also support quotation to PASA.

Planning

  • BDU business strategy, customer monthly and annual forecast and sales development reports.  Responsible for business plan goals for sales, inventory and profit margin.
  • BDU monthly and annual forecast and sales development reports, Coordinate action item in PIDSA, BDU marketing support, US BDU business growth strategy.
Scope
  • Reports to General Manager System Product Group, Automotive and Mobility Solutions Division
  • Efficiently activities for assigned customers and products.
  • Manage BDU delivery schedule with PASA, PIDSA and factory

What You'll Bring:

Education and Experience
  • 5+ years of sales, marketing experience is required.
  • Knowledge and experience with the Automotive Industry
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Business experience at Japanese company is preferred.
  • A college degree is required.

  • Project management skills, Identify the problem and find a solution.
Communications
  • Communication with Japanese is required. Japanese native level
  • Strong written, oral communication capabilities are required.
Other Requirements
  • Meeting with global factory, Early morning and evening, when needed.
  • Hybrid work style. At least 1 day per week in office
  • Valid driver’s license.  Must have or be able to obtain valid passport with no travel restrictions.
