Description

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:


  • Manage and maintain  the reservations email/queue/calendar
  • Field and respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, Slack- within designated time frame
  • Maintain consistent communication with event hosts throughout the lifecycle of each event
  • Assign workload to the Operations team via concise, written and verbal communication 
  • Collaborate with multiple onsite teams to ensure proper prioritization and positioning of events
  • Schedule and conduct site/location walks, as needed
  • Provide onsite event support or provide a seamless transition to service team.
  • Work with event hosts to field last-minute ad-hoc requests with good judgment and rationale

  • Ability to analyze and problem solve
  • Exceptional detail and follow-up
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
  • Must be comfortable using GSuite and navigating through multiple platforms
