Your Career  

As the HR Leader for APAC, you will be responsible for creating and driving a people  

strategy that continually accelerates our business while being recognized as a great place  

to work. With the rapid growth in our organization and our product portfolio, we are  

driving significant change in how the organization operates.  

Our People strategy is critical to realizing our bold vision and requires us to take  

innovative approaches and execute flawlessly. You will lead a team of HR Business  

Partners and have responsibility for unifying the entire People team in the region around  

a single people strategy. As a key member of the APAC leadership, you will drive  

organizational, team and individual effectiveness drawing upon extensive business  

knowledge, HR acumen and data to inform your approach. You should be an innovative  

HR professional who is energized by coaching leaders and creating teams that work  

together and win together.  

Your Impact  

Partner with members of the APAC Management Team to build programs that  

scale the organization, build high performing teams, and develop best in class  


Leverage people analytics and trained instincts to anticipate issues or  

opportunities and bring data-driven solutions that move the needle

Lead people practices for the APAC region that foster innovation and collaboration  

within one of the world’s most advanced technology organizations working  

together to fight cyberattacks threatening our way of life in the digital age  

Take a hands-on approach with regional leaders to establish, deploy and execute  

upon the business process, strategy and capability building; aligning, leading and  

empowering in-country HR team members to drive and deploy with clients across  

the region  

Works with corporate centers of excellence (Legal, Finance, Facilities, and HR) to  

drive the establishment and resourcing of new sites and entities in the region  

Your Experience  

Experience as a consultative HRBP in the APAC region – creating a shared vision  

around the people strategy and building high performing teams.  

Experience working in high-performing environments at mid-to-large, global  


Customer centricity – a strong understanding of where value is being created and  

lost in a business and a proven ability to organize people and teams to maximize  

organizational capability and performance  

Bias toward action – with a clarity of vision can quickly move to execution in a  

rapidly evolving environment making progress toward big goals  

Critical thinking – sees beyond today, reads the full landscape, identifies challenges  

and opportunities early and develops simple, elegant solutions to address or  


Problem-solving - understands the root cause of complex business and people  

issues and uses the understanding to create and implement solutions that lead to  


Influence – quickly builds strong reciprocal relationships among diverse groups to  

meet shared objectives using compelling arguments to gain the support and  

commitment of others  

Subject matter expertise – Depth of understanding of behavioral science, analytics  

and core disciplines of HR. Deep and broad knowledge of HR practices, principles,  

and procedures based on working closely with colleagues across the HR function  

(talent, performance, compensation, compliance, etc.), regional country HR  

managers and generalists, and internal partners (Legal, Finance, etc.)  

Strong leadership skills – can build a highly versatile, diverse team in high  

accountability cultures that drive excellence and high standards  

Highly reciprocal - a track record of successfully operating across organizations  

and levels achieving results by working across organizational boundaries.  

Possess and demonstrate exceptional judgment, self-management, impeccable  

ethics, and a high degree of personal and professional maturity  

Advanced social, listening and communication skills, including presentation and  

facilitation skills, and a track record of effectively communicating with and  

influencing at all levels, including providing critical feedback and the ability to help  

executives, managers and employees navigate through difficult situations  

Have a point of view and the confidence/courage to (appropriately) challenge  

assumptions, coupled with a high level of professionalism and the sophistication  

and finesse to push through issues while maintaining relationships  

Ability to travel throughout the region and to HQ, as needed
