Success is dependent on building a world-class channel organization. We are looking for a Channel Programs Manager to join our Global Partner Experience and Programs team.

Description:

The Channel Program Manager is responsible for the global management of our award-winning NextWave Channel Partner Program, including working globally and cross-functionally to strengthen program awareness, adoption, and success. This role requires a unique combination of skills including channel go-to-market strategy, communications, data analytics as well as program design and management.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of the NextWave Partner Program, including awareness, adoption, and success
  • Work with channel leadership on the design, development and ongoing enhancements of the NextWave Partner Program
  • Educate Palo Alto Networks sales team, distributors as well as current and potential partners on program intent, processes and tools
  • Drive development and ongoing measurement of NextWave partner performance and impact on key channel initiatives, including partner-initiated bookings, pipeline, and new customers
  • Help design, develop and distribute channel program analytics, reporting, and dashboards
  • Monitor, manage and report on key channel program initiatives and metrics
  • Work with Channel Theater teams to provide recommendations on how to regionally optimize programs and processes
  • Provide ongoing program governance through process enhancements and consistent evaluation and lead annual compliance review
  • Work closely with Channels Communication team to drive communications of important information to both the theater and worldwide channels teams as well as partners
  • Be the subject matter expert who helps create clear, consistent and compelling program content
  • Manage the development, delivery and follow up of key program improvement areas derived from an annual Partner Satisfaction survey
  • Help maintain best-in-class partner experience with award-winning program

 

Desired Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS degree or higher in Business Administration or similar field
  • 5-7 years of partner program or channel experience
  • Partner program promotion experience
  • Possess a strong understanding of channel/go-to-market strategy
  • Experience working in a global organization
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Comfortable engaging at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and to collaborate to drive results
  • Previous partner program management skills are a plus
  • Advanced analytical and communications skills are a plus
  • SFDC & Excel skills are a plus
  • Able to travel approximately 20-25% of the time
