We are looking for a Credit & Collections Analyst to join the team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strategic thinker, great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Credit & Collections Manager, this person will play a key role in Palo Alto’s Order-to-Cash process. 

Your Impact
  • Ensure the timely resolution of receivables from your assigned client portfolio
  • Evaluate customers for creditworthiness, including credit limits and terms 
  • This role is critical as you will be providing support to sales from the credit and collections perspective 
  • Ensuring accounts are current and issues addressed in a timely manner to minimize past due accounts
  • Minimize order delays, and credit support throughout the customer life cycle
  • Manage a multimillion-dollar credit portfolio consisting of both domestic and international customers
  • Prepare new customer credit reviews, analyze results and recommend credit limit decisions
  • Maintain customer credit files, updating periodically and adjusting credit limits as necessary
  • Monitor aging of accounts receivable to highlight potential credit risks
  • Review orders on hold, resolve issues and release orders
  • Establish productive relationships with Palo Alto Networks internal and external customers to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable balances
  • Working with sales and operations, effectively and efficiently resolve customer disputes
  • Ensure operations are in compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Your Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Finance or Accounting degree preferred
  • 3~5 years of experience related to International credit and collections Credit & Collections 
  • Experience in SaaS customer collections is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to establish and grow, productive internal and external relationships
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience in Salesforce/SFDC a plus
  • Strong collections skills a must
