Your Career

With rapid growth in our organization and our product portfolio we are driving significant change in how the organization operates. Our People strategy is critical to realizing our bold vision and requires us to take innovative approaches and execute flawlessly. This role will be responsible for driving the Go-to-Market People Teams most critical initiatives with efficiency and speed while helping maintain the operational rhythm of the business. From your understanding of how all the parts of the organization fit together you will use data and a creative approach to problem solving to formulate a plan to address the most important issues and build a coalition to execute that plan. You will be a thought partner and trusted advisor to help frame, influence and accelerate decisions across a wide range of People priorities.

Your Impact

  • Drive alignment around setting strategy, forming a plan with clear goals, executing and monitoring progress against a planned roadmap
  • Ensure the people leadership is making informed, aligned decisions and commitments based on strong data and a pulse of the needs of the organization
  • Partner within and outside the People Team to lead complex People initiatives--operating at the strategic and tactical level to put in place project plans, timely delivery of project and alignment across multiple functions
  • Own the change management of large scale and long term projects, ensuring the right audiences receive the right information at the right time and are consulted along the way
  • Support the implementation of our core people programs such as performance reviews and pay planning
  • Pull in the right stakeholders and lead timely retrospectives to constantly iterate and improve our processes
  • Own the quarterly strategic planning process the Go-to-Market People Org
  • Ensure that the correct cadence of meetings is taking place, that effective agendas are in place to foster impactful discussion, and that follow up on action items occurs

Your Experience

  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to build relationships and work with stakeholders across a complex organization
  • Systems-thinker and able to translate strategy to execution across multiple teams
  • Hands-on experience in the following areas: project management, strategic planning, organizational change, and communications
  • Experience in a combination of management consulting, operations, strategy, consulting or an equivalent field. This role requires past experience in working directly with the C-suite/VP level on a regular basis
  • Strong writing and presentation skills with the ability to develop effective narratives utilizing People strategy, priorities and data
  • Strong business acumen with proven ability to build relationships and work with stakeholders across a complex organization
  • Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple concurrent projects to success. Experience utilizing data and metrics to communicate needs with the ease of a business unit owner
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Entrepreneurial, with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, and efficient with limited resources
  • Proven experience designing and leading strategic planning at a growing company
  • A good sounding board for others, with low ego, and ability to anticipate the needs of a busy executive and his/her direct staff
  • Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
  • Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive accountability and decision making cross-functionally
