Description:
Palo Alto Networks is building a world-class UX team, and our fast growth means we are continuing to look for top-notch UX/UI professionals to expand the team. As a Sr. UX/UI Designer, you will design and shape our UX design systems and processes and champion great visual design throughout the company. You must be a self-starter, keen to learn and experiment with new technologies. You will need to be able to work independently, as well as, part of a larger team to identify challenges and define solutions. 

Responsibilities:
The Senior UX/UI Designer's responsibilities involve but are not limited to:

  • Create and support UX design Library for Palo Alto Networks
  • Work closely with other visual designers, interaction designers, product managers and engineers to define the best experience and UX/UI of products
  • Participate in ego-free design reviews. Welcome feedback about your designs and offer constructive feedback to other designers
  • Create innovative visual concepts and produce pixel-perfect comps. Provide specifications and final assets when necessary
  • Collaborate with design teams in the US and Israel
Qualifications:
  • 8 + years industry experience as a UI/visual designer and showcase an excellent UX/UI portfolio
  • Deep understanding of visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.); able to create beautiful, dynamic, functional designs in a breadth of styles
  • Experience designing UX design systems
  • Experience designing iconography, illustrations and Keynote presentations
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and process
  • Knowledge of Prototyping, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience designing products for security or IT users is a plus
  • Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite and G Suite

Education:

  • Degree in Visual Design or equivalent experience required
