Sales Office Assistant - Japan （障がい者枠）

As the Sales Office Assistant, you will provide general administrative support to managers and staff. We are looking for someone to help with the improvement of global alignment along with accelerating the speed of process and procedure. You will have the opportunity to advance your career with additional responsibilities including creating a newsletter, web design, assistance for marketing, analytical data administration. Additional assignments may be found in various functional areas.
If there is shown interest you have the ability to execute, general translation (English to Japanese), data analytical work and web page administration will be added as the opportunities to grow.
- Data input / generate report
- Purchase Order administration for Sales Japan
- Schedule meetings, events and one to one meetings on a request basis
- Mailing (inbound and outbound)
- Filing, scanning, and copying
- Simple research of information
- Visitor Administration
- 2+ year working experience (no specific position experience is required)
- Full function of PC skills (Microsoft Office, email, other major applications)
- Interest in English - basic reading/writing skills of simple English is preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
