We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on senior QA leader who has delivered at least one highly reliable, distributed system product line from inception to production. Prisma Access service, born in the cloud, is going to disrupt Secure Enterprise Networking and is a leading contender for Gartner’s SASE magic quadrant. You’ll be leading Automation & QA team to disrupt SASE market through impeccable reliability. You’ll help rebuild an automation framework that is multi-cloud with complex Security & Network features. You ideally have experienced critical issue management, you can assess any problem, remain calm under pressure while providing thoughtful resolutions. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills are required as you will collaborate with Engineers, Customer Advocates, Program and Product Management.
- 10+ years’ experience leading a QA team primarily through automation
- 10+ years’ experience delivering software releases
- Experience in Cross-team collaboration with Development, Product Management & Customer success leads
- Built complex distributed systems testbeds ideally in the Cloud (AWS, GCP)
- Python experience is a must, Go Lang is desired
- Network domain experience is a must - high-performance Data Plane as well as knowledge of Networking Protocols like BGP
- Security experience is a plus
- 5+ years’ experience in managing and mentoring 15+ engineers team
