Performance Acura North Mississauga is looking for a Service Administrator to join their dynamic team!

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner.
- Directing all customer inquiries accordingly.
- Scheduling service appointments for client vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Must keep the appointment schedule up-to-date.
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Cashing out customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Confirming service appointments, confirming time, date and transportation needs with clients.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers’ standards.
- Perform other Service related duties as required by management.
What you need to succeed:
- 2 years of customer service and/or cashier experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player, quick thinker, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong computer skills are required.
- Customer service focus.
- Proven interpersonal skills combined with a pleasant phone manner.
- Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work as a member of a team.
- Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset
- Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.
- Must be available to work every other Saturday.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience***
Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $17.20 - $19 per hour
