AutoPlanet Durham is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join their dynamic team!

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Ensure vehicles are up to the standards and specifications as agreed upon when purchased.
- Perform the final vehicle check following the pre-made checklist.
- Schedule, log, and confirm appointments with customers and Finance Managers.
- Label vehicles with correct flags and enter information in the vehicle log for delivery status and inventory purposes.
- Study products and services to continually enhance ability to assist customers.
- Learn pertinent dealership processes.
- Communicate with the managers any relative any potential customers issues or problems.
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Ability to open and close work orders.
- Other duties as required by management.
What you need to succeed:
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- CDK knowledge is considered an asset.
- Customer service experience required.
- Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Team oriented with a positive attitude.
- Be able to interpret instructions with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible to work outside at times within business operations.
- OMVIC license an asset.
- May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $20 per hour
