Genesis Niagara is looking to add a Full Time Front Desk Administrator to join our growing family. We are the #1 Genesis team in Canada for an exciting and new luxury brand. The successful candidate would be an enthusiastic, goal driven individual with a positive attitude.

Here’s what you’ll deliver: 
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Strive to minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold.
  • Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
  • Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.
  • Motor vehicle licensing administration.
  • Vehicle inventory administration.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.
What you need to succeed:
  • Shifts will be Monday to Thursday 8:00 am until 4:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience required.
  • Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to be trained on motor vehicle licensing.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personable, reliable, courteous.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Google Drive is an asset.
  • Daytime/evening and weekend availability.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience***
Job Type:  Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $19 per hour
