Bolton Hyundai is currently seeking Part-Time Front Desk Administrator to join their dynamic team on a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for answering and routing telephone calls and greeting new arrivals upon arrival to the sales floor. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and as such is an important representative of the organization. We are looking for a mature professional with extensive customer service skills. The ideal candidate must be a bright, pleasant, energetic professional with a drive to succeed and the ability to multitask within a busy environment.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Strive to minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold.
  • Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
  • Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.
  • Motor vehicle licensing administration.
  • Vehicle inventory administration.
  • Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Ability to work the following hours: Monday to Thursday 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm and every Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience required.
  • Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
  • Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Must have strong computer skills and experience with Google Suite.
  • Organization, Prioritizing, Multitasking, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Initiative & problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer Service Experience is an asset.
  • Attention to detail  and accuracy.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personable, reliable, courteous, dependable.
  • Able to work independently or as a part of a team.
  • May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
  • Willingness to be trained on a motor vehicle licensing.

Job Type: Part Time - Contract 

Compensation (expected hourly wage): $17.60 - $18.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
