Infiniti Brampton is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team!  
Located at 195 Canam Cr. Brampton, ON L7A 1G1 in the Brampton Auto Mall, come experience our newly renovated state-of-the-art facility!

Here’s what you’ll deliver:  
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions, give all customers consideration and respect, understand their needs, and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. 
  • Answer Customer Service phone calls relating to car sale inquiries and keep them informed about vehicle delivery and pick up. 
  • Ensure customer car quotes are competitive and reasonable.
  • Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all rules, regulations, and procedures as required by the employer, and in compliance with the requirements and regulations of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
What you need to succeed:  
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record. 
  • Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound computer skills; Digital and social media experience.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed. 
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred; OMVIC certification is a requirement. 
  • May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation (expected annual compensation): $40,000 - $90,000 per year (base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed base salary and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
