AutoPlanet Brampton is looking for a Concierge to join their dynamic team.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

  • Greet customers and log them into our CRM tool.
  • Introduce/guide customers to their requested personnel/department.  
  • Restock the coffee machines and ensure the area is presentable and clean.
  • Some administrative duties and covering reception if needed.
  • Stock in any vehicles that have come in.
  • Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
  • Provide valet service to clients to and from the dealerships
  • Other duties as assigned by management 

What do you need to succeed?

  • Post secondary degree or diploma. 
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
  • Merchandising experience is an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge and experience***
Job Type: Part Time - Permanent
Salary: $17.00 per hour
