Mazda of Brampton is currently seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join their dynamic team. You are goal-oriented, process driven, courteous and enjoy interacting with people. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling service work in the service department, issuing internal work orders for New and Used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner.
- Directing all customer inquiries accordingly.
- Scheduling service appointments for client vehicles in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Must keep the appointment schedule up-to-date.
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Cashing out customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
- Confirming service appointment, confirming time, date and transportation needs with client.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers’ standards.
- Perform other Service related duties as required by management.
What you need to succeed:
- 2 years customer service and/or cashier experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player, quick thinker and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong computer skills required.
- Customer service focus.
- Proven interpersonal skills combined with a pleasant phone manner.
- Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills.
- Willing to work as a member of a team.
- Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
- Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation (expected hourly wage): $22.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
Expected annual earnings: $46,000 - $50,000 per year (base hourly rate plus monthly performance-based bonuses). This range includes a fixed hourly rate and eligibility for monthly bonuses tied to individual results and/or department performance, which may be influenced by business volumes. Actual bonus earnings vary based on performance.
