Performance Mercedes-Benz is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to support and collaborate with Financial Services Managers.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

  • Assist the financial services manager with day-to-day activities.
  • Support the retrieval of documents from clients for approval submissions.
  • Assist in the closing of files, and submit deals for funding.
  • Maintain a daily log of deals sent for Funding. 
  • Provide support in lease buyouts.
  • Implement and maintain an effective T.O. process to generate more income.
  • Assist in T.O.s as needed.
  • Answer all incoming and follow-up calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and database software.
  • Liaison between the Financial Services Manager and customers. 
  • Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality. 
  • Work in strict compliance with the requirements and regulations of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
  • Ensure that all paperwork is complete and processed on a daily basis.
  • Maintain all reports and records as may be required.
  • Work effectively without supervision.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the company dress code.
  • Work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
  • Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees.
  • Work in strict compliance with the Laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada including, but not limited to the Accessibilities for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
  • Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures. 
  • Other duties as required by management.
What you need to succeed:
  • 1-3 years administrative experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • General Understanding of finance, and banking.
  • OMVIC Certification is required.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Google platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in people and helping others with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working with personnel from all levels of the organization.
  • Enthusiasm for automobiles and the automotive industry preferred.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience, commission and bonus earnings***


Job Type:  Full Time - Permanent
Compensation : $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
