- Ensure all internal work orders and sublets are coordinated.
- Ensure all charges are billed out correctly in a timely and accurate manner in order for sales commissions to be calculated.
- Responsible for dealing with internal companies and third party appraisal to obtain approvals.
- Issue internal and warranty repair orders.
- Ensure all required vehicle parts are ordered.
- Organize the workflow of internal service vehicles through the shop.
- Present estimates of work required on used vehicle reconditions.
- Open work orders on all new and used vehicles.
- Track new car deliveries between the Sales, Service and Clean-up departments.
- Completes safety checks for used vehicles within the dealership.
- Identifying, recommending and documenting service maintenance and repairs for customers.
- Greeting customers in a courteous, professional manner.
- Delivering personalized service that exemplifies our dealerships.
- Preparing repair orders, updating databases with relevant details of orders, and closing orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
- Providing service recommendations and estimated costs to customers.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers’ standards.
- Striving to meet the department’s repair order production standards.
- Assists the Service Manager as necessary.
- Perform other Service related duties as required by management.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- 2-3 years of service advisor experience preferred.
- CDK experience is required.
- Professional, friendly and customer oriented with high emphasis on good CSI and selling capabilities.
- Ability to sell and recommend maintenance and repairs to our loyal customers.
- Strong computer skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in all aspects of customer service.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings***
Job Type: Full Time - Permanent
Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
