Kia of Brampton is looking for a Part Time Front Desk Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
Answer and direct all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Strive to minimize the amount of time customers are placed on hold.
Greet showroom customers and assist with basic inquiries.
Communicate messages to appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Update dealership schedule/directory on a regular basis.
Motor vehicle licensing administration.
Vehicle inventory administration.
Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.
What you need to succeed:
Candidate must have availability to work Monday to Thursday 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and every Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience required.
Reception and/or Dealership experience is considered an asset.
Must be team oriented with a positive attitude.
Organization, Prioritizing, Multitasking, and Interpersonal Skills.
Initiative & Problem-solving Abilities.
Customer Service Experience is an asset.
Attention to Detail & Accuracy.
Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Personable, reliable, courteous, dependable.
Able to work independently or as a part of a team.
Willingness to be trained on a motor vehicle license.
Strong computer skills; experience with Google drive is considered an asset.

Job Type: Part Time - Permanent
Compensation: $17.20 per hour
